I provide astrological readings for personal insight, reflection, and guidance purposes only. Because astrology touches on the full scope of human experience, topics related to mental health, emotional wellbeing, finances, and life circumstances may naturally arise during a session. This does not mean that anything discussed constitutes professional advice. I am not a licensed medical provider, therapist, counselor, attorney, or financial advisor, and I do not operate in any of those capacities, regardless of what topics come up.

• If mental health or emotional topics come up, that conversation is astrological and reflective in nature. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or clinical guidance of any kind.
• If financial topics come up, any perspective offered is astrological and observational in nature. It is not financial planning, investment advice, or a recommendation to take any specific action.

Nothing communicated during a session should be treated as a substitute for the advice of a qualified professional in any field. Any decisions you make based on the content of a reading are entirely your own responsibility. By booking, you release me from all liability related to decisions made following a session.

You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session. No exceptions. Sessions will not be conducted with minors under any circumstances, regardless of parental or guardian consent. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

There are no reading holds. Inquiring about a slot does not reserve it. A slot is only yours once payment has been completed and confirmed. Be prepared to pay at the time of booking.

All bookings are processed through Stripe. Payment is due immediately. Stripe payments are given priority at all times.

Alternative payment methods are available on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged in advance. If approved, full payment must be received within one (1) hour of receiving payment links. If no payment is received within the hour, the slot will remain listed as available.

If you are in the process of paying via an alternative method and another client completes payment via Stripe for the same slot, the Stripe booking takes the slot. Alternative payment slots are considered provisional. I will make reasonable effort to notify you if your provisional slot is taken, but I am not obligated to hold it.

Refunds are only available if a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the original booking time. After this window, no refunds will be issued. Sessions may be rescheduled or converted to a credit at my discretion.

All cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted at least two (2) hours before your scheduled appointment.

If a reschedule is needed but we are unable to find a mutually available time, this does not entitle you to a refund. You will receive an additional reschedule opportunity. The only exception is if I cancel the session on my end and we are genuinely unable to find any time; in that case, a full refund will be issued.

Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. After two reschedules, the booking will be forfeited with no refund or credit.

You will be considered a no-show if you have not joined or made contact after the following time has elapsed from your scheduled start:

Upon a no-show determination, a fee of 25% of your session fee will be charged.

A no-show will not be declared if you message me at least 90 minutes before your appointment, or if you message during the waiting window and indicate you are delayed, in which case up to an additional 5 minutes of grace time will be extended.

A 5-minute courtesy buffer is provided at no charge after your scheduled end time. If your session continues beyond 5 minutes past your end time, an overtime rate of $2.75 per minute will apply, retroactive to minute one of the overrun.

Overtime charges are calculated at session close and charged automatically to the card on file. Example: a session that runs 12 minutes over will be charged at 12 × $2.75 = $33.00.

By providing your payment information, you authorize overtime charges as described above.

Any unpaid fees, including no-show fees, late cancellation fees, or overtime charges, must be settled in full before a new session may be booked.

I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate service to anyone at my sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving disrespectful conduct, repeated policy violations, or unresolved payment issues. In the event I cancel a session on my end, a full refund will be issued.

All sessions are recorded (audio and/or video, as applicable). By booking, you expressly consent to being recorded. A copy will be provided to you for your personal reference. I retain a copy for internal performance review and quality assurance purposes.

Session recordings, transcripts, and the content of your reading are strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit prior permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

Session recordings will be retained for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months from the date of your session, after which they will be permanently destroyed.

The use of any session content in connection with artificial intelligence systems of any kind is expressly and unconditionally prohibited.

This prohibition applies to all content derived from or related to your session, including audio recordings, video recordings, still images or screenshots, my likeness, voice, or appearance, transcripts, written summaries, and any other derivative material.

You may not upload, submit, input, feed, train, fine-tune, prompt, or otherwise use any of the above in or with any AI platform, tool, application, model, or system, commercial or otherwise, without exception.

Violation of this provision constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of all fees paid, and pursuit of all available legal remedies.

Astrology is a reflective and interpretive practice. I make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, outcomes, or applicability of any reading to your personal circumstances. Results vary and are highly dependent on your own interpretation, openness, and action.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. The most current version will always be made available at the point of booking. Continued engagement with my services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
